Guidance on implementation of SAFETEA-LU section 6006, Control of Noxious Weeds (23 U.S.C. 329)

Attached is the guidance on the portion of SAFETEA-LU section 6006 that deals with the control of noxious weeds and aquatic noxious weeds and establishment of native plants. This section establishes the eligibility of NHS and STP funds to participate in certain activities related to roadside vegetation management.
